I got the colourpop concealers about two weeks ago and I have been testing them out ever since and boy do I have an opinion on them.
They came out with “no filter” concealer which is said to be lightweight and formulated with soft blurring pigments to give you a crease proof and full coverage finish.
They came out with 15 shades, but as a women of colour I think that they need to expand their range for the darker females who may not be able to use these colors.
Wait, I forgot to mention they are only $6 USD which is extremely affordable
I got two shades, 40 golden & 50 tan.
40 golden I use under my eyes as it is very light & 50 tan I use as foundation on the inner portions of my face then pair it with a darker foundation so everything can blend and be my skintone.
I never use to like the idea of using concealer as foundation but my coworker put me on.
One thing that EVERYONE needs to be mindful of when it comes to this foundation is that once you put it on your face it will oxidize automatically. For those of you who don’t know what oxidize means, it means get darker or to change colour.
Also, there is nothing THIN about that concealer, that shit is THICK as hell. They lied… Plus it does kind of crease in my under eyes but I’ll let that slide because it makes my face look super good.
I use this concealer like every single day, and I love love love it. Do I recommend you buy it? Yes please and thank you.
